Seb heads up the drinks styling and shoot production department at HH&T, whilst playing a leading role in drinks development for brand and agency clients. His career in hospitality began in 2011, when he took a part-time job as a bar-back at the world famous Portobello Star under the ‘tutelage’ of one Jake F Burger, if tutelage is the correct word… he moved onto El Camion to develop further under the mentorship of the late, great Dick Bradsell whilst concurrently assisting the opening of The Ivy Chelsea Garden. Seb joined HH&T as Events Manger in 2016, progressing to Project Manager in 2018 where he feeds into all areas of the business with a sharp eye for detail and a winning smile
